Refund policy

We make sure your order reaches you intact and exactly as ordered.

When can I return or exchange?
Only if your shipment arrives with a problem: a broken item, a defective item, or an item that does not match your order. In these cases we replace the item or refund you, at our full cost, with no time limit.

How to request it
Contact us on WhatsApp at +964 776 666 1722 or by email at contact@scentscreation.com with your order number and a photo showing the problem, and we will arrange the solution with you.

What is not covered
We do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons, such as the scent not suiting your taste, to protect the safety and quality of our products.
